During the Spring Festival, Dino melons from Brazil were featured in the domestic Chinese fruit market. Originating from the northeast of Brazil, these melons are known for their sweet and juicy flesh. The export process involves disinfection, quarantine, and sea transport in refrigerated containers, taking about 50 days in total. Currently, Brazil is permitted to export only melons to China, with discussions underway for including grapes, lemons, and avocados. China, being the world's largest melon consumption market, imported over 1.47 million tons more of melons from 2010 to 2019, marking a 24.72% increase.
