The estimate is for a 5.9% growth in the cultivated area, totaling 4.79 million hectares and a production of 15.2 million tons. According to Abiove, the total soybean production in Brazil could reach between 178 and 180 million tons, surpassing the 171.8 million tons of the previous crop. Exports are also expected to grow: a projection of 111 million tons in 2026, an increase of 1.4% compared to 2025.
