Vietnam: Cashew exports to markets in the first 11 months of 2024

In November 2024 alone, it is estimated to reach 59,699 tons, equivalent to 396.58 million USD, with an average price of 6,643 USD/ton, down 8.5% in volume, down 6.6% in turnover but up 2.1% in price compared to October 2024; and compared to November 2023, it also decreased by 6.8% in volume but increased by 12.6% in turnover and increased by 20.9% in price. Cashew nuts exported the most to the US market, accounting for nearly 27% of the total volume and total export turnover of this commodity group of the whole country, reaching 179,484 tons, equivalent to nearly 1.07 billion USD, up 24.4% in volume and up 31.7% in turnover compared to the same period in 2023, the export price to this market also increased by 5.8%, reaching an average of 5,947 USD/ton.
