[Livestock and Fisheries Newspaper=Reporter Ju Sang-ho] The Changwon Livestock Cooperative Association (President Jo Sung-rae) recently held a rice distribution ceremony at the newly opened Changwon Livestock Cooperative Hana Mart as part of the initiative to promote rice consumption under the slogan "Hope Agriculture, Happy Countryside." This event aimed to support marginalized groups during difficult times. Attendees included Baek Tae-hyeon, a member of the Gyeongnam Provincial Assembly, Kim Gap-mun, head of the Changwon branch of the Agricultural Cooperative, Shim Myeong-suk, head of Uichang-dong, and Kim Yu-dong, chairman of the Uichang-dong Residents' Self-Governing Council, among other local officials. They donated 200 packs of rice (10 kg each) to the Uichang-dong New Village Movement Council and the Uichang-dong Free Meal Center. The Changwon Livestock Cooperative Association regularly organizes sharing events to help those in need, and this event was held to support those facing economic difficulties.
