Chile's fruit exports have seen a significant increase, with China being the primary market and accounting for 42.5% of the total export volume. Other significant markets include the United States, the Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil, and Belgium. The main fruits exported are cherries, grapes, prunes, blueberries, and nectarines. Exports to China included over 310,000 tons of cherries and nearly 43,000 tons of nectarines. Grape exports experienced a decrease of 13% in volume but an increase in value, while prune exports saw a 60% increase. Blueberry exports also increased, with 81% being fresh blueberries and the rest frozen. Processed fruit exports, including frozen, dried, preserved, juice, and oil, increased by 19.5% to 39,602 tons.
