Despite a significant drop in Chile's bottled wine exports in 2023, the industry has bounced back in early 2024 with a 13.4% increase in export volume and a 9.1% increase in export value. The most notable growth in export destinations was seen in Japan and Brazil, with increases of 41% and 20% respectively. In 2023, Brazil was the largest market for Chilean wine, showing growth in both volume and value of exports. China also played a significant role, accounting for 10% of Chilean wine exports.
