China releases export of chicken from Brazil

The Chinese government, through the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), has lifted the restrictions imposed on the export of chicken meat from Brazil. The decision, effective immediately, was made based on the results of the risk analysis conducted by Chinese authorities. Brazil is the largest exporter of chicken meat in the world, accounting for about 35% of the global market.
