COAG Andalucía has closed the XX Technical Workshops on Ecological Segureño Lamb, held in Santiago-Pontones, with the participation of the Secretary General of Agriculture, Livestock and Food of the Junta de Andalucía, Manuel Gómez, the delegate of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, Soledad Aranda, and the delegate of Sustainability and Environment, María José Lara, along with Juan Luis Ávila, Secretary General of COAG Andalucía, and Francisco Javier Perales, deputy responsible for Agriculture of the Provincial Council of Jaén. The meeting brought together ranchers, technicians, researchers, and institutional representatives for three days around the main challenges and opportunities of the Segureño sheep in organic production.
