The total area dedicated to coffee farming in 2025 amounts to 2.25 million hectares, which corresponds to an expansion of 0.9% compared to the previous year. Of this total, 1.86 million hectares are in production, with a reduction of 1.2%, while the plantations in formation registered a significant increase of 11.9%, reaching 395.8 thousand hectares.
