Egypt: Cooperation protocol for the development of livestock between the Ministry of Agriculture and the FAO

The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation signed a cooperation protocol with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on addressing climate change through sustainable management of livestock, funded by the Italian Agency for Development, in the presence of Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation. The protocol was signed by Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, and Dr. Abdel Hakim Al-Waer, Assistant Director-General of FAO and Regional Director of the Regional Office of the Organization in Cairo.
