The record in processing is related to the increase in demand for co-products and the expansion of the crushing capacity of industries in the state. According to Imea, "industrial capacity grew 4.21% in 2025 compared to 2024." In September, 870.44 thousand tons of soybeans were processed, which represents a decrease of 26.56% compared to the previous month and 5.73% below the same period in 2024.
