Dangjin 4-H Association pushes forward environmental cleanup activities at Seokmun reclaimed land.

The Dangjin Agricultural Technology Center (Director Kim Seok-gwang) announced that the Dangjin 4-H Association (President Moon So-young) held an environmental cleanup activity last 10th in the reclaimed land area of Seokmun-myeon. This environmental cleanup activity was voluntarily participated by young 4-H members to reflect on the importance of a clean rural environment and as a practice for creating a sustainable rural ecosystem. Fifteen members participated in the activity, collecting various discarded trash around the Seokmun reclaimed land and tidying up the agricultural fields and river areas. Although the number of participants was small, they took the lead in environmental protection and contributed to creating a pleasant space for local residents and visitors to use.
