In the first quarter, Shaanxi's fruit exports saw a overall decline, with a decrease of 53.22% in volume and 53.89% in value year-on-year, primarily due to a sharp decrease in concentrated apple juice exports. Despite this, the exports of fresh fruits and deep-processed products increased. The export unit price of fresh fruits generally rose, with the export value of fresh kiwi continuing to increase. The export market pattern remained stable, with the top five countries and regions for different fruits accounting for over 97% of the export value.
