The report from the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture for 2020 reveals a slight decline in the country's agricultural exports, by 0.4%, totaling 4,775.3 million euros. This was primarily due to a 14% drop in cereal exports, despite expectations of a good harvest potentially driving down prices. However, there was growth in the export of oilseeds, fruits, and other product groups, including a significant increase in the import of oilseeds and fruits. The import of meat, dairy products, tobacco, and processed tobacco saw a decrease.
