Supplies of red caviar to the Russian market since the beginning of the salmon putina this year have increased by 18%, reported the All-Russian Association of Fish Processors (VARPE). "From May 1 to September 1, 2025, over 7,310 tons of salted salmon caviar were marked for implementation on the Russian market, which is 18% more than the same period in 2024.
