The corn seed market in 2025 shows growth of approximately 20%, while the crop protection market maintains moderate growth and is forecast to have an increase of 3-4%. The share of counterfeit corn seed in the market has decreased. Anna Gromakovsky, Head of Operations for the Agrarian Division of "Bayer" in Ukraine, shared this information at a meeting of the Agrarian Media Club "Bayer," as reported by SuperAgronom.com. According to her, 2025 was a good year for the corn market. "We are seeing an increase in area of approximately 20%, improved grain exports, product prices, and optimization of logistics routes," she noted. In general, the expert outlined the following main trends in the agrarian market of Ukraine for the season: "Bayer" remains the leader in the crop protection and seed market. We have regained the leadership in the corn seed market (25% in volume, 30% in value), improved our position in the rapeseed seed segment, and increased the market share of sunflower seed. ...
