The latest report from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) on agricultural prices received indices for June 2021 shows an increase in the costs of agricultural activities and a year-on-year rise in prices received by farmers. The highest increases were in fuels, electricity, and certain products, while simple fertilizers, amendments, and seedlings also saw increases. The general index of agricultural prices received by producers has increased by 3.97% since 2015, while the index of prices paid by farmers and ranchers has increased by 9.21%.
