A new Ukraine-EU trade agreement will require taking into account the interests of different EU countries, as Poland is not interested in importing Ukrainian grain and exports it itself, but some other countries would like to receive grain from Ukraine. This was reported by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Czesław Siekierski, writes bankier.pl. "Poland is not interested in the influx or import of grain from Ukraine, as we ourselves export 12-13 million tons of grain and corn. In contrast, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, the Netherlands are interested in grain imports, Germany is also interested in corn imports," Siekierski stated. According to him, in trade relations, this all must be carefully thought through.
