EU dependence on Russian and Belarusian rapeseed meal amounts to 0.5 million tons

In July-March 2023/24 MY, Ukraine managed to double its share in the EU rapeseed meal market to 20% (137 thousand tons). At the same time, Russia and Belarus together covered 70% of the EU's needs.
