The European Commission has published Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1330, which imposes an anti-dumping duty on lysine imports from the People's Republic of China. This decision follows a comprehensive investigation that found dumping practices and significant harm to the EU industry. The procedure was initiated following a complaint filed in April 2024 by Metex Noovistago (now Eurolysine, part of the Avril Group). Consequently, definitive tariffs of 47.7% are imposed on the Meihua Group, 58.2% on Eppen, and 53.1% on other cooperating companies.
