"Excellence Award" for 'ESG Innovation Policy'

[Forestry Welfare Promotion Agency Newspaper=Reporter Park Se-jun] The Korea Forestry Welfare Promotion Agency received the Excellence Award in the Environmental Sector at the '4th Korea ESG Innovation Policy Awards' held by the Korea Policy Studies Association on the 26th. The Korea ESG Innovation Policy Awards evaluate and honor sustainable environmental, social, and governance (ESG) innovation policies implemented by companies and organizations based on criteria such as creative planning, execution efforts, and results and impact. The Promotion Agency was recognized for its achievements in environmental change response through forest functions, including leading carbon neutrality in public buildings with the nation's tallest (7-story) wooden structure and achieving 191 tons of carbon absorption through the creation of an accessible sharing (forest) path.
