This figure is 4 times higher than last year. Oil and fat products from Stavropol producers were purchased by 26 countries. Ukraine became the main consumer of margarine. Vegetable oil was sent to Turkey, and finished products - to Uzbekistan. As noted in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory, oil and fat occupies 17 percent in the structure of exports of agricultural products. Sunflower oil is in the highest demand, with revenue from its sale amounting to USD 79 million. Mayonnaise and other sauces are also in demand with an indicator of 18.9 million US dollars.
