In 2020, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Primorsky Territory and the Sakhalin Region monitored the export of seaweed, with a total weight of 203.9 tons, to China. Six export consignments of kelp from the Sakhalin Region were sent to China through seaside phytosanitary control posts. No violations were found during the inspection of the exported products, and all requirements of the importing country were met. All export consignments were issued phytosanitary certificates.
