Exports of tea from Iran increase by 48%

According to the Mehr News Agency, Mr. Habib Jahansaz, President of the Tea Organization of Iran, provided information on the latest support measures and development plans of the industry, including the recovery and renovation of tea gardens, preferential credit policies, and import management work. Mr. Jahansaz stated that the Tea Organization of Iran continues to maintain stable operations and activities. To support tea farmers, several key programs have been implemented, such as providing working capital, insurance, and financial assistance for purchasing chemical fertilizers. Regarding bank credit, he mentioned that there are currently three banks cooperating with the Tea Organization of Iran.
