Extenda-Andalusia and the Ministry of Tourism of Spain in Miami have organized a gastronomic event in Miami to promote the consumption of Andalusian food and beverages in the United States. The event, which saw the participation of over fifty journalists, aimed to highlight the quality and nutritional value of Andalusian products. In the first four months of 2021, Andalusia exported agri-food products worth 255 million euros to the US, a 16.3% growth from the previous year. The event was supported by several Andalusian companies and importers in the North American market. The organization of the event will be co-financed by the European Union through the P.O. FEDER of Andalusia 2014-2020.
