The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), with the financial support of the Governments of Japan and Norway, is implementing a program to support small farmers during the autumn sowing campaign of 2023. Applications for participation in the program are accepted through the State Agrarian Register (DAR) until July 20, 2023. The program is implemented in nine regions of Ukraine most affected by the war, namely Sumy, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Odesa regions.
