Ukrainian dairy products have found promising markets in EU countries, with Poland serving as a model for increasing the dairy industry's potential, including export opportunities. Ukraine has a stronger base than Poland had 20 years ago and can increase the supply of value-added products that appeal to European consumers. However, potential threats to exports include the possible restoration of quotas and high market competition. Despite these challenges, there is demand for Ukrainian dairy products in Europe, especially those with added value, and the growth in the export of fresh category items is on the rise.
