Peru's frozen aguaymanto pulp exported to the Swiss market

The Ancomarca Agroforestry Producers Association of the Molino district, Pachitea province, Huánuco region, sold a ton of fresh aguaymanto to two agro-industrial companies in the area, which processed the fresh fruit and exported 500 kilos of frozen aguaymanto pulp to the Swiss market. The commercialization of this first batch took place after last September the founder of the Swiss company Valuable Forests GMBH toured the fields of cultivation of said product of the aforementioned organization and that Sierra y Selva Exportadora managed to articulate with the Huanuco companies Agroindustrias Ordóñez SRL and Karbel SCRL, which are dedicated to the transformation and freezing of said fruit.
