Gangjin County (County Head Kang Jin-won) has achieved a milestone by being designated as the first specialized product in the nation for paprika under aT's (Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation) 'Specialized Product Support Program for Online Wholesale Markets,' securing 25 million won in project funds. This initiative by aT is one of the key national policy tasks of the Lee Jae-myung administration, aiming to transition from a traditional offline-centered distribution structure to an efficient and transparent agricultural product distribution system based on digital platforms. Recently, due to climate change, rising production costs, and excess in the distribution stages, instability in agricultural product prices has persisted, placing a burden on both producers and consumers.
