The survey aims to understand the market dynamics, supply, demand, and potential impacts on the state's food supply. Highlighted products included pumpkin, Italian zucchini, garlic, potatoes, onions, carrots, chayote, peppers, okra, and tomatoes. While some vegetables like zucchini, garlic, chayote, peppers, and okra saw price increases, others like pumpkin, potatoes, onions, and carrots saw decreases. Factors such as seasonality, weather conditions, and demand are contributing to these price variations.
