The State of Mexico government has distributed 1,425 'Field Cards' to small livestock producers in the Valle de Bravo region, investing 2.4 million pesos to support their livestock feed purchases. The distribution, part of a COVID-19 mitigation strategy, was announced alongside the delivery of 500 thousand carp fingerlings and a 300 thousand peso investment in the Miguel Alemán dam, expected to produce 116.6 tons of carp and generate an economic benefit of 7 million pesos. The initiative aims to bolster agricultural production and economic recovery in the region.
