Germany increased tuna imports by 25%

Among commodity groups, Germany imports processed and canned tuna products, accounting for 94% of the total value of tuna imports into the country. Last year, Germany expanded its imports of processed and canned HS16 tuna from sources inside and outside the EU. Imports of this group of goods to Germany increased by 25%, reaching $460 million in 2022, and this trend will continue in the first month of 2023.
