Grape harvest in Rio Grande do Sul: Expectations of good results, but care with the climate is necessary

The grape harvest in Rio Grande do Sul is showing a favorable scenario, with good development of the vines in the various regions of the state, according to the Informativo Conjuntural released this Thursday (28) by Emater/RS-Ascar. The productivity of the crops remains positive, with emphasis on the regions of Santa Rosa and Passo Fundo. In Santa Rosa, the productivity of the American vines is promising, with the plants in the budding and reproductive phase. The favorable climatic conditions, with periods of dry weather, have contributed to the reduction of the pressure of fungi, allowing the vines to remain healthy.
