Grapes and peaches are in the top 3 exports of fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan

According to the Statistics Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-October 2023, Uzbekistan exported 1,467.6 thousand tons of fruits and vegetables. Compared to the same period in 2022, this figure increased by 2.4%, or 34.6 thousand tons. The volume of exports of fruits and vegetables in value terms for 10 months amounted to $951.3 million. The rate of increase compared to the same period in 2022 was 4.5%. Grapes topped the list of fruit and vegetable exports - over 10 months of 2023, 113 thousand tons of grapes were shipped to foreign consumers from Uzbekistan for $74.7 million - at an average price of $0.6 per kg.
