How to link supporting industry with low-emission agriculture? Vietnam is promoting two important policy directions simultaneously: developing supporting industry linked with clean production and converting agriculture towards low emissions. Both aim at the common goal of a green economy, but in reality, the coordination mechanism between these two sectors still has many gaps. Enterprises producing mechanical components, drying equipment, and smart sensors, which are between the two value chains, are the affected group. They need a synchronized policy framework to both access industrial incentives and effectively participate in the green agricultural chain.
