Gyeongnam K-Seafood, issuing a challenge to the European gourmet stage

Gyeongnam Province announced that it held the "2025 Gyeongnam Seafood Food Show Paris" in Paris, France on November 25 to expand the overseas market for Gyeongnam seafood and enhance its recognition in Europe. The event, held at the Ecole Ducasse Paris Studio, a leading French culinary school, was organized to diversify the seafood export market by targeting the French export market, the largest seafood consumer and distribution hub in Europe. About 50 local buyers, distributors, and representatives from hotels, restaurants, and catering services in Europe were invited to the event. Attendees were able to directly taste dishes made with Gyeongnam oysters and eel to experience the quality and marketability of Gyeongnam seafood products.
