Jeju Hallim Agricultural Cooperative (Chairman Cha Sung-joon) participated in the '2025 Food Week Korea' exhibition held for two days at COEX in Gangnam last month on the 30th and 31st, with Hallim Agricultural Cooperative staff and the women's association promoting the Hallim Agricultural Cooperative's regional specialty, 'Dalcomi Cabbage Juice,' and operating a free tasting booth. Dalcomi cabbage is a premium variety developed by Hallim Agricultural Cooperative through four years of trial cultivation, characterized by its higher sugar content compared to regular cabbage and its crisp, fresh taste, making it very suitable for raw consumption. Prior to the event, Hallim Agricultural Cooperative conducted education on the benefits and excellence of Dalcomi cabbage raw material and juice for women farmers.
