Horizon Capital plans to invest in Ukrainian processor and exporter Bob Snail

The HCGF IV Fund, managed by Horizon Capital, may indirectly enter the capital of LLC "Eco-Snek" (Agronomiche village, Vinnytsia district, Vinnytsia region) – a producer of fruit snacks under the Bob Snail brand, writes Interfax-Ukraine. As reported by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMKU), on Thursday it will consider a request to grant HCGF IV Limited permission to indirectly (through HCGF IV Co-Investment II Limited) acquire, together with companies YS Capital Limited and MMTD Investment Limited, control over the company WHS World Healthy Snack Limited (all in Nicosia, Cyprus), which owns 100% of "Eco-Snek." According to committee materials, on December 16 of last year, HCGF IV Limited and WHS World Healthy Snack Limited concluded a shareholder agreement, which also provides for concerted actions in the form of the execution of an ancillary non-competition restriction for a period of five years.
