These gifts were produced by the 'Comprehensive Agricultural Product Processing Centers' operated by agricultural technology centers across the country or were developed through demonstration projects supported by the Rural Development Administration, with prices ranging up to 50,000 won. The recommended items for this year include beverages, confectionery, bread, rice cakes, processed foods, pickles, jams, sauces, and alcoholic beverages. The items include handmade Gangjeong, Gangdoenjang, Doraji-cheong, Bae Ssanghwa-tang, sesame oil, salt, and wine, among other products closely related to daily life. The Rural Development Administration produces and promotes a list of recommended gifts during the Lunar New Year and Chuseok to encourage the consumption of processed foods made from domestic agricultural products. The list of recommended gifts can be viewed on the notice board of the agricultural technology portal "Nongsaro" (www.nongsaro.go.kr) of the Rural Development Administration. Detailed information for each product and purchasing locations can be checked through the information pattern (QR code) displayed in the announcement.
