Agro-holding "IMC" (IMC S.A.) will pay company shareholders interim dividends for 2025 in the total amount of EUR 12.43 million, according to the company's website. According to the decision of the IMC Board of Directors, interim dividends in the amount of EUR 0.35 per share will be paid on November 27, 2025, to shareholders who were registered as of November 20 of the current year. "Luxembourg personal income tax at a rate of 15% will be withheld from the dividends. Dividends will be paid in euros," IMC added.
