Imports of American pork to Ukraine increased

Pork exports from the United States to Eastern Europe increased in the first half of the year, and Macedonia received its first supplies of American pork. Albania and Ukraine have also increased pork imports, according to the US Meat Export Federation (USMEF). In particular, pork exports to Albania reached 1,873 tons, which is 19% more than in the first half of 2019. In value terms, exports rose to $ 3.8 million, up 74% from last year.
