The Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine has reported a 5.3% increase in export volumes, totaling $9.8 million, and a 10.2% increase in import volumes, reaching $10.6 million. Export volumes of cheese and fermented milk products have seen a significant rise, while exports of whey, butter, milk fat, milk, and condensed cream have decreased. On the other hand, import volumes of butter, milk fats, whey, sour milk products, and cheeses have increased, with a decrease only in the import volumes of milk and condensed cream.
