The consumer price index (CPI) increased by 0.87 percent monthly, and by 31.07 percent annually. The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the Consumer Price Index data for November. According to this, the change in the CPI was a 0.87 percent increase compared to the previous month in November 2025, a 29.74 percent increase compared to December of the previous year, a 31.07 percent increase compared to the same month of the previous year, and a 35.91 percent increase compared to the twelve-month averages. The CPI increased by 27.44 percent annually in food and non-alcoholic beverages. The annual changes in the three main expenditure groups with the highest weight were an increase of 27.44 percent in food and non-alcoholic beverages, 29.23 percent in transportation, and 49.92 percent in housing.
