Investors have abandoned the construction of an animal waste processing plant in Poltava region due to the war. The project, which was agreed upon back in 2021 and was intended to create a modern enterprise for the utilization of livestock waste, was finally halted following the imposition of martial law, reports agropolit.com. As stated by Serhiy Frolov, the director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, investors who were ready to build the animal waste processing plant in Poltava region abandoned the project due to the war in Ukraine.
