KazFoodProducts, in partnership with the Baiterek Venture Fund JSC, Myande Group Co., Ltd, and the akimat of the Kostanay region, is set to launch a new project to build a wheat deep processing plant in the Kostanay region. The plant, named Qostanay Grain Industry, will cost over 50 billion tenge and is expected to be completed by December 2027, creating 600 new jobs. The plant will produce amino acids, bioethanol, gluten, animal feed, and wheat bran at a capacity of 400 thousand tons of wheat per year. The project aims to boost food security and export potential, with an additional project to increase the production capacity of the AsiaAgroFood plant in the Almaty region.
