The price of wheat flour in Nepal has seen a significant decrease of around Rs 900 a sack following India's decision to ease restrictions on wheat exports to Nepal. This is due to increased supply of raw material, as Nepal has been permitted to import 50,000 tons of wheat from India and local traders have begun importing the food grain. The cost of wheat flour has reduced from Rs 4,600 to Rs 3,700 per 50 kg sack.
