The International Grains Council has made its forecast for grain harvest and trade for the new agricultural year, predicting that Russia will harvest 124.3 million tons of grain, a decrease from the previous year's 138.2 million tons. The total wheat harvest is expected to be 82.2 million tons, down from 95.4 million tons, with exports estimated at 42.2 million tons, similar to the previous year. The world grain harvest for the 2023/2024 agricultural year is predicted to increase slightly to 2.283.4 million tons.
