Egypt: Issuing several food supply reports for subsidized municipal bakeries in Ismailia

The Supply and Internal Trade Directorate in Ismailia, and all supply departments in the governorate's centers and cities, in cooperation and participation with the Supply Investigations and Major Ahmed Al-Maghribi, Head of Supply Investigations, launched several campaigns on subsidized municipal bakeries; to follow up on the regularity of work in them, produce bread that conforms to specifications, and utilize the full share allocated to each bakery of subsidized local flour in the manner stipulated by law. This comes in implementation of the directives of Major General Pilot A / H Akram Mohamed Galal, Governor of Ismailia, to the Supply and Internal Trade Directorate in the governorate, on the necessity of continuous follow-up of subsidized municipal bakeries, and inspecting them periodically to ensure the quality of the subsidized loaf of bread provided to the Ismaili citizen, and the support provided by the state to those who deserve it.
