Kernel, a leading exporter, moved 4.4 million tons of grain and oilseeds from Ukraine in the first nine months of the 2025 fiscal year, holding a 12% share of the national exports. However, a 15% decrease in export volumes was observed in the third quarter due to a drop in domestic grain supply caused by a smaller harvest. Despite this, transshipment through Kernel's export terminal saw a 2% increase from the previous year, reaching 2.5 million tons in the first quarter alone. Overall, transshipment volumes for the first nine months surged by 65% year-over-year, totaling 7.3 million tons.
