According to the Decree of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, the total estimated potential for fish resources in 11 WPPNRI is 12.01 million tons per year with a JTB of 8.6 million tons per year. The estimated potential is divided into nine groups of fish resources, namely demersal fish, reef fish, small pelagics, squid, Penaeid shrimp, lobsters, small crabs, crabs, and large pelagics.
